A former cab driver confessed on Monday that he killed a Pace University student in an out-of-control ride on the West Side Highway after not taking his seizure medication. The man admitted to a single count of criminally negligent homicide in the violent crash that killed a student in June 2006.
According to the New York Daily News, prosecutors asked if he had stopped taking his medication and lied about a history of seizures when he applied of a state driver’s licence. New York auto accident lawyers understand that tragic accidents can be prevented.
