A fatal hit-and-run accident in Brooklyn claimed the life of a 37-year-old woman early Sunday, March 7, 2010. According to the New York Daily News, the accident occurred near the intersection of Fort Hamilton Parkway and 75th Street.
The victim was struck by a white, four-door sedan as she crossed Fort Hamilton Parkway in Dyker Heights. She was steps away from her home when she was struck. The driver of the vehicle fled the scene of the accident.
