According to CBS News, a mother of two has tragically died of her injuries after being struck by a truck in New York while the driver of the truck was watching pornographic movies on his laptop. The driver of the truck crashed into her disabled car on the New York State Thruway while distracted. The woman was in her disabled car on the side of the road because she had hit a deer and called for 911. The investigators of the crash determined that the truck driver only had around 4 hours of sleep over a 27-hour period before the accident.

An accident is bad in itself but to be caused by such a mindless act is atrocious. I hope the victim's family and children have a good personal injury attorney and are able to obtain justice.
