Couple Killed in Hit and Run on Thanksgiving Eve Outside Church

A driver commits a hit-and-run driver after killing an elderly Staten Island couple. He then tells his sister to lie to police about what happened to his van, before turning himself in - five hours later - on the morning of Thanksgiving.
