Repo Man Takes a Ride - on the Car Hood

A Staten Island woman took a repo man for a ride for almost a mile on the hood of her car. He was in the process of trying to repossess her car. Before he could take possession, she jumped behind the wheel, started the car, and rammed into the agent, knocking him onto the hood and driving off. The 59-year old woman now faces up to seven years in jail after being arrested on assault charges.
