Motorcycle Accident in New York

Two people were killed in a tragic motorcycle accident in the East Elmhurst section of Queens on Thursday October 22, 2009. The accident happened near the intersection of 32nd Avenue and 88th Street.

Investigators identified the motorcyclist as 22-year-old Edward Antoine. The other rider on Mr. Antoine’s bike was an unidentified 27-year-old male. The motorcycle they were riding crashed into a car that was carrying three people.

Mr. Antoine was pronounced dead at the scene, while the unidentified 27-year-old male was pronounced dead on arrival at a hospital. The three people in the car were a man, his wife, and their infant child. They were taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
