A June 3 construction accident at an upstate New York construction site ruptured a gas line and forced an evacuation, according to The Buffalo News. No injuries were reported.
“The construction workers and others at the site are fortunate to be alive, let alone uninjured,” says David Perecman, a New York construction accident lawyer who has seen all too many dangerous and potentially fatal incidents like this one.
